1.  How did your career in the vineyard begin? 

I went to Urrbrae then Roseworthy for three years then came home.

2.  When were the first grapes planted? 

First planted in 1970.

3. What grapes are on your property? 

Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Sauvignon Blanc, viognier, Prosecco and Semillon.

4.  What is the secret to growing good grapes? 

Secret to growing good grapes is keeping the vine in balance.

5.  Favourite varieties to work with and why?

Easiest variety is Cabernet.

Favourite food and wine medium rare steak and Barossa E&E black pepper Shiraz
